• Providing the transcription service

• Applying usage limits and quotas
• Improving service quality

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:

• Supabase: authentication and database services
• AWS S3: audio file storage
• Deepgram: speech-to-text transcription
• Anthropic (Claude): AI-based transcript post-processing

Data may be processed according to each service's privacy policy.

4. Data Security

We apply the following security measures:

• Audio files are stored in private S3 buckets with access controls
• Presigned URLs expire after a short time (5 minutes for upload, 1 hour for download)
• Database access is restricted by row-level security (RLS) policies
• Sensitive data is not recorded in server logs

5. Data Retention

Data retention periods are as follows:

• Audio files: stored for 30 days after upload, then automatically deleted
• Transcripts: stored for 90 days, then automatically deleted
• Account information: stored until account deletion

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion by emailing dev@han-gul.shop or from account settings. We process deletion requests within 7 days after request confirmation.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies only for authentication and do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.

8. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, and we will update the version date at the top to notify you of changes.
