- Providing the transcription service
- Account authentication and management
- Applying usage limits and quotas
- Improving service quality
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide the Service:
- Supabase: authentication and database services
- AWS S3: audio file storage
- Deepgram: speech-to-text transcription
- Anthropic (Claude): AI-based transcript post-processing
Data may be processed according to each service's privacy policy.
4. Data Security
We apply the following security measures:
- Audio files are stored in private S3 buckets with access controls
- Presigned URLs expire after a short time (5 minutes for upload, 1 hour for download)
- Database access is restricted by row-level security (RLS) policies
- Sensitive data is not recorded in server logs
5. Data Retention
Data retention periods are as follows:
- Audio files: stored for 30 days after upload, then deleted (placeholder policy)
- Transcripts: stored for 90 days (placeholder policy)
- Account information: stored until account deletion
6. Data Deletion
You may request deletion by emailing dev@han-gul.shop, and we will delete data within 30 days of your request.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies only for authentication and do not use third-party tracking or analytics cookies.
